Leading people into a deeper relationship with God by guiding them through their healing and recovery.

I’m called to walk with others through life’s most difficult challenges—shepherding, counseling and coaching with a biblical basis. With a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary, I’m equipped to guide you on your journey to self-awareness and personal growth no matter where you’re starting. I have over 10 years of counseling experience both in-person and online through one-on-one sessions and group settings. We can find a solution for you to begin your journey of healing and transformation today!

Do you feel stuck? Are you unsure how to navigate a transition? Have you found yourself repeating behaviors that are affecting the relationships in your life?

We all experience times when we could use some extra help.

Biblical counseling is a relationship-based approach to counseling with a foundation built on God’s Word to inform the way we face our circumstances, relationships and ourselves. My aim is to care for the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Ready to get started?

The first step is always the hardest. Don’t wait to get the help you need.

“Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out.”
